Return and refund policy

Withdrawal period

Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if you are a consumer (private individual), you have 14 days from receipt of your pallet to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason.

For businesses and resellers (purchases made for their trade), the legal right of withdrawal does not apply; we nevertheless accept returns for non-conformity under the conditions below.

How to request a return

To start a return, within the 14-day period:

1. Email us at info@easydestock.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Wait for our confirmation and the return instructions (address, transport arrangements).
3. Send back the complete pallet in its original condition (goods unused, original packaging where possible).

Return costs

For a withdrawal (the goods conform but you no longer want them), you pay the return costs. If the goods are non-conforming or damaged, or if we made an error, Easy Destocks pays the full return costs. If the pallet was delivered outside France, the costs you pay include the international transport of the return to our warehouse in Mazé-Milon (49, France).

Refunds

Once we have received and checked the returned pallet, we refund you within 14 days at most. The refund uses the same payment method as the order (bank transfer or another agreed method), unless agreed otherwise.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Independently of this policy, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code) for functional products sold as such.

Liquidation pallets

Our pallets are clearance, returns and liquidation lots sold without a detailed list of items. Only the merchandise category (tools, electronics, textiles, etc.), the estimated retail value and the general condition (new, returns, end of line) are described on each product page before purchase. The exact composition, the precise number of items and their references are not disclosed and cannot be disputed on receipt. Only a significant difference from the category or nature described (for example, a textile pallet delivered as toys) gives the right to a return and refund. By ordering, the buyer accepts these wholesale terms.
