How delivery works
- Invoice request: add the pallet to your cart, enter your delivery details and send your request. Delivery is free; for Switzerland and the United Kingdom, customs duties and local VAT are paid by the buyer on import.
- Invoicing: no online payment. You pay the invoice by SEPA transfer, Wise or Revolut after confirmation by email.
- Preparation: we prepare and pack your pallet within 1–2 working days of receiving payment.
- Dispatch: collection by an international pallet carrier, with tracking.
- Delivery: to your address or chosen collection point.
Delivery times after dispatch
- Mainland France: 48–72 hours
- Belgium and Luxembourg: 3–5 working days
- Germany, the Netherlands and Italy: 4–6 working days
- Switzerland and the United Kingdom: 5–7 working days (outside the EU: customs duties and local VAT paid by the buyer)
- Collection from our warehouse in Mazé-Milon (49, France): by appointment on weekdays
Delivery costs
Delivery is free to all the destinations above. Prices are in euros. For Switzerland and the United Kingdom, customs duties and local VAT are not included in the price and are paid by the buyer on import.
