Delivery is free; for Switzerland and the United Kingdom, customs duties and local VAT are paid by the buyer.

No. Our pallets are sold by merchandise category with an estimated retail value. We do not provide an item-by-item list, either before or after purchase. By placing an order, the buyer accepts this way of selling wholesale.
How do I pay?
No payment is taken on the website. Once your request is confirmed, you receive an invoice payable by bank transfer (SEPA), Wise or Revolut. VAT reverse charge applies to EU businesses with a valid VAT number.
